A dedicated advocate for children and families, Jerrod Pfeffer is a licensed foster and adoptive parent, President of the North Florida Foster Adoptive Parent Association (NF-FAPA), a State Board Member of Florida FAPA, and President of The Nest North Florida. His passion for serving vulnerable children and families drives his work in both professional and community leadership roles.

Jerrod serves works as a Network Leader with CarePortal in North Central Florida. In this role, he utilizes cutting-edge care-sharing technology to connect churches, agencies, and donors, fostering strong partnerships between CarePortal network members and the broader community. He works across a vast geographical area, building relationships and ensuring the sustainability of a high performing Care Sharing network that is a vital puzzle piece in foster care, vulerable children and family populations, and adult centered needs. His work includes collaboration with the Governor’s Faith and Community Initiative Office, churches, school districts, child welfare agencies, businesses, and donors to create sustainable solutions for those in need.

Beyond his professional and advocacy roles, Jerrod is a member of The North Florida Community Fellowship, a proud father of three beautiful girls, and a hay farmer.
