As a Community Engagement Specialist for Family Support Services, China Hall is a passionate advocate. Fueled by a lens of lived experience, resilience and a desire for lasting change, she helps bridge gaps in normalcy for children and families that are involved in the child welfare system, through collaborative community connections, that honor the five core values of FSS: Partnership, Excellence, Accountability, Compassion and Equity. China believes that while not every person is called to be a foster parent, every person can do something to make a difference for children from hard places.
