A dedicated advocate for children and families, Jerrod Pfeffer is a licensed foster and adoptive parent, President of the North Florida Foster Adoptive Parent Association (NF-FAPA), a State Board Member of Florida FAPA, and President of The Nest North Florida. His passion for serving vulnerable children and families drives his work in both professional and community leadership roles.

Jerrod serves as the CarePortal Regional Manager for the 13 counties in Circuits 3 & 8 in Florida, as well as the CarePortal State of Florida Social Media Manager. In this role, he utilizes cutting-edge care-sharing technology to connect churches, agencies, and donors, fostering strong partnerships between CarePortal network members and the broader community. He works across a vast geographical area, building relationships and ensuring the sustainability of the CarePortal network. His work includes collaboration with the Governor’s Faith and Community Initiative Office, the Hope Florida program, churches, school districts, child welfare agencies, businesses, and donors to create sustainable solutions for those in need.

Beyond his professional and advocacy roles, Jerrod is a Christ follower and member of The North Florida Community Fellowship, a proud father of three beautiful girls, and a hay farmer.
