Lori Ann Chapman is the proud mother of 11 daughters, ages 43 to 11, including nine daughters who joined her family through adoption. After 23 years of fostering and caring for more than 100 children, she concluded her foster care journey in May 2026.

Since January 2024, Lori has served as President of TLC Association, Inc., the local Foster and Adoptive Parent Association serving Polk, Highlands, and Hardee Counties. She also serves as a Board Member of FloridaFAPA, advocating for children, caregivers, and families across Florida.

In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with her daughters, family dinners, and traveling.
